N01. [Order/Shipping] Where do you ship from?

Narson.com ships all Global orders from the Narson distribution center in Seoul, South Korea

 

N02. [Order/Shipping] Do you even sell genuine/authentic products?

Absolutely! Our products are genuine and authentic products.

 

N03. [Order/Shipping] Can my order be delivered internationally?

Yes! We're pleased to provide an enhanced international shipping experience for customers. International shoppers will now get the benefit of ordering every product, cost-effective international shipping and much more. N04. [Order/Shipping] How will I know how much my order will cost?

Just add items to your Cart and click on the checkout button. Narson.com will calculate and display an order total, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in South Korea to your selected international destination.

 

N05. [Order/Shipping] Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

Nope! When you use checkout, you'll be provided with an order total at the screen. The order total presented will be the exact amount you'll be billed by Narson.com. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.

 

N06. [Order/Shipping] How can I track my international order?

N07. [Order/Shipping] Can I change or cancel my international order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order you can contact us.

 

N08. [Order/Shipping] What are my international shipping options?

There are two options; International Economy Shipping and Express Shippging. All items provided by Narson.com will be sent within 1 to 3 business days after the confirmation of the transaction.("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) For more information click Shipping & Returns. Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

N09. [Order/Shipping] Do you ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Yes! Order shipping to U.S. military addresses must be placed through the Narson.com online store, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as international orders.

 

N10. [Return/Exchange] What's your return policy for international orders?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded except 20% of restocking fee and round-trip shipping fees. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note: shipping fees are not refunded for preference return.

 

N11. [Return/Exchange] How long does it take for refunds to post to my account?

Please allow 3 weeks for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your Paypal account. If you provide an email address, Narson.com will email you when your return has been received and processed.

 

N12. [Return/Exchange] Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.
